A connected workflow

Less searching. More context.

Keep the instrument, the work and the evidence connected, so the next person can pick up where you left off.

A register your team can use

Search identifiers, locations and status. Open the instrument for its history, reference standards and custom fields.

Due dates with context

Review the list or month view. Calculate the next due date with your working calendar and configure reminder digests.

Results and decisions together

Record as-found and as-left readings, tolerances and reference standards. Document product impact and close an OOT event with a decision.

Know which document you have

Keep original supplier PDFs linked to the calibration. Generate a separate printable internal record with your account branding.

A considered move from spreadsheets

Map CSV or XLSX columns, inspect the preview and confirm the import. Attach original supplier documents separately.

A traceable route to the evidence

Review who changed what. Use saved reports, a period-based audit pack or a full account ZIP to gather the records you need.

Inside the application

Follow one instrument through the work.

These are real application views with fictional SPEC-DEMO data. The same caliper appears in the sample documents below.

Find the instrument. See what is due.

SPEC-DEMO-001 sits alongside the rest of the register. Search and due-status filters help the team decide what to review next.

A failed result needs a documented response.

This fictional caliper failed as found and passed after adjustment. Its record keeps the readings, product-impact assessment and closing decision together.

Choose the records for the question.

Start with a built-in report, save your own view or assemble an audit pack for a period. Original supplier documents remain distinct from generated internal records.

Check the register on a shared shop tablet or begin a calibration on a phone. It is the same account and workflow, without a separate mobile register to maintain.

Start with the records you have

Your spreadsheet is a starting point.

Bring your instrument list and supported calibration history into a reviewable import. Nothing is added until you confirm.

  1. Match the columns

Upload CSV or XLSX and choose which fields and worksheets to include. Mapping is deterministic; rows are not sent for AI processing.

  2. Review before committing

Check proposed changes and row-level errors. Refresh the preview after changing the mapping, then confirm the import.

  3. Connect the supporting documents

Attach original supplier PDFs to the matching calibration records through the authorized application flow.

Inspect the output

Evidence you can open, not just read about.

Download the application's own output for the fictional SPEC-DEMO-001 caliper. See how the result, decision and instrument history come together.

How do I log in?

Use Log in on this page with the email and password for your customer account. The confirmation email activates your account; you can resend it or request a password reset from the login page.

How much does it cost?
